Florida Woman Accused Of Killing Two Ex-Husbands On The Same Day

Susan Erica Avalon, 51, faces second-degree homicide charges after authorities say she killed two former husbands in separate Florida counties within hours. Manatee County Sheriff Rick Wells said deputies found a 54-year-old man with gunshot wounds at his Heritage Harbor home. When asked who shot him, the victim said “Possibly my ex-wife” before dying at a hospital. His 15-year-old daughter, also Avalon’s child, witnessed the attack and saw a masked person in gray leaving in a silver Honda Odyssey. Police later found Avalon cleaning the same minivan with bleach at her Citrus County home.
